How to wear this headband?

I saw this in Elle Magazine: In Alexander Wangs a/w 2009 catwalk he had some of the models wear their hair back with some headbang/rope around the nape. This was the only picture I could find (its the model on the right). Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get my hair like this? What kind of a headband/hair-band I would need? Thank you
