Where can I find the perfect dress for my graduation ball?

I am looking for a dress for my graduation ball this summer and I'm totally stuck for ideas. I'm 22, around 5ft6, slim, with a relatively small bust and long dark hair.
I live in Glasgow although wouldn't mind traveling a little further (not too far).
I have somewhere in the region of £180 to spend so any suggestions of actual dresses or places to shop would be much appreciated.

Well im in america but where i go to is Deb up in patrick henry.. but theres probably not one up where u live, but you should probably go window shopping first to see options and figure out what u want. and then find something not too fancy but not too casual and you like
and just make sure its affordable.. but if its about like 220 pounds you should try finding something similar for cheaper and what i'ld do is i'ld add some nice looking accessories from around the house such as ribbons, lace, buttons, but my favorite one is iron on designs because all you have to do is iron and you have a custom made dress for cheap and you can tell your friends that you just have the gift sorry i dont know any shops but i really hope this helps u out
