Trying to find a short, emerald green prom dress, with empire waist?
Does anyone know where I can find a dress like that? Or if anyone knows another color close to emerald.And kind of ruffly too.

o.O Pretty color! Umm, I would suggest trying Forever 21. I know some people who work there, and they're saying they have some good dresses coming in right around now. And they're not too expensive. Hope you have fun at prom!
