Tips for prom makeup?

Today im going to my junior prom. Now i wear make-up every day and im gonna wear makeup to prom but i just dont know what to do to make it look different and more glamorous than my everyday makeup. I got this super pretty cream shadow and i want to use that but i normally wear eyeliner and mascara and sometimes eye shadow. What can i do with those things to give my eyes a stunning prom look? Tips?

Put a light eyeshadow in the corners of your eyes and blend outwards with a darker shade it will make your eyes look more dramatic and glamorous (Black/Grey/Dark Brown tend to suit most skin tones)

put on more mascara than usual and put eyeliner on both the upper and lower lids and it should look pretty
