Tie-dye wedding gowns? Any ideas on where to find them or patterns to make them?

My daughter is planning to marry in July, and is looking for a wedding gown that is mostly white with tie-dye highlights or lace trim. We are looking for something in the central Texas area, but I am in the DC, MD, VA area so that area too.
